June 20: Tornado Emergency (Multiple Tornadoes Possible, One Confirmed)- Hazard, NE


...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SHERMAN AND NORTHWESTERN
BUFFALO COUNTIES UNTIL 530 PM CDT...

AT 458 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A
CONFIRMED TORNADO.  THE CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS NORTH OF RAVENNA IN
SHERMAN COUNTY AND MOVING NORTH.  ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE TORNADOES WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES WEST OF PLEASANTON TO
HAZARD TO RAVENNA TO ROCKVILLE...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  HAZARD...ASHTON...LITCHFIELD AND LOUP CITY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW. MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A
STURDY BUILDING. AVOID WINDOWS. IF IN A MOBILE HOME...A VEHICLE OR
OUTDOORS...MOVE TO THE CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER AND PROTECT
YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS.
