  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR RAWSON...OR 12
MILES SOUTHWEST OF FINDLAY...
AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
