April 27: TORNADO EMERGENCY: LARGE AND DANGEROUS TORNADO- Near Ashcraft Corner, AL

FAYETTE...NORTHWESTERN TUSCALOOSA AND NORTHEASTERN PICKENS COUNTIES
UNTIL 500 PM CDT...

...TORNADO EMERGENCY CONTINUES FOR NEW LEXINGTON...CONCORD...AND
MOORES BRIDGE...

AT 405 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND STORM
SPOTTERS WERE TRACKING A LARGE AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TORNADO.  THIS
TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ASHCRAFT CORNER...OR 10
MILES NORTH OF GORDO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  BERRY AND BANKSTON AROUND 425 PM CDT.
  BOLEY SPRINGS AROUND 430 PM CDT.
  OAKMAN AROUND 440 PM CDT.
  PARRISH AROUND 445 PM CDT.
  JASPER AND CORDOVA AROUND 450 PM CDT.
  LYNNS PARK AND 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF BELOIT AROUND 455 PM CDT.

OTHER LOCATIONS IMPACTED BY THE TORNADO INCLUDE NEW LEXINGTON...WEST
CORONA...CORONA...GAMBLE AND MANCHESTER.
