Could Radiation from Japan reach the following areas?

USA- If any, very low amounts. The ocean will absorb much, if not all of the radiation. The winds will also disperse much of the radiation.

South America- More unlikely than the USA.

Russia- It is possible that patches of elevated concentrations of radiation may reach some areas of Russia.

Areas in Asia- The same situation as Russia.

Anywhere else- Highly unlikely.
