Note: On the bottom of the page, you will see 'Desired Cycle'. 18z = 1:00 PM CDT. 6z = 1:00 AM CDT. Using those, you can figure out which cycle is closest to the current time. When you are able to find the cycle that matches up with the current hour, go back one cycle to ensure you will have the most recent run.
